It was a real thrill and honor to find out that I'm an official recommended supplier at the gorgoeus Essex venue Maiden's Barn just outside Great Dunmow. The barn is a real hidden gem and offers so much for couples who want to really put their own stamp on a wedding. It has a pretty bridal room for preparations such as hair, makeup and dressing and also a beautiful ceremony room and very pretty grounds. I've worked their before as a bridal makeup artist and I felt it was such a relaxed place for a bride to begin her big day. Lauren made a stunning bride at the start of August. I was so lucky to take this quick photo of her outside before she got dressed. Lauren opted for a gorgeous, flawless airbase finish. We paired this with a soft pink eye makeup and some stunning lashes applied to give her bridal makeup the wow factor. We used very pretty pink tones and Charlotte Tillbury's 'Amazing Grace' Lipstick, she looked a totally beautiful bride! The whole bridal party were made up too and lashes applied. 

I've never been to The Lawn In Rochford and its fair to say I was blown away. Such a pretty, landscaped venue but an intimate feel indoors. Always high on my list is the Bridal prep room and this was ideal, light and airy and also lots of space. I really hope I can visit this venue more to makeup lovely brides to be. Corrine was such a stunner with blue eyes to kill for. She is a very active girly, loves her running and Zumba and admits to not being very into makeup or too girly, so I was over the moon with what we came up with. Her skin was flawless with Airbrushing with airbase and we kept very neutral on the eyes but defined them with some stunning individual lashes, perfect for a wedding day makeup. She was kind enough to let me do a before and after of her, so you'll see her transformation. Her hair was styled by the lovely Tara Johnston. 

Amanda made such a gorgeous, natural Bride at the stunning Leez Priory late in July! She wanted a flawless, Airbase makeup for her wedding day but also wanted to add definiton with her eyemakeup. We went for neutral golds and kept her cheeks light with a coral blush and lipstick. I love Leez Priory, one of my favourite venues, and so much like a fairytale castle when you arrive. Amanda's hair was styled by the fab Gail Gardener.
